This occurred on Oct 1, 2005, at 7:40PM. The vehicle that caused the damge deliberately rammed the gate. The gate arm hit the windshield and the vehicle was estimated at doing approximately 15 MPH. There may possibly be damage to the front windshield. The vehicle is a white pickup truck with an extended cab and may be a Ford. This is not a full size pickup truck. The license plate number contains a 6, 7, or a 9. This was a hit and run. If you spot this vehicle, please send us an anonymous tip here...Send a tip. Oct 8, 2005 - This was captured on video and is a van with a female driving attempting to tailgate a vehicle onto the property. This again, like many of the incidents was deliberaley done. This woman has no regard for the property of others. Currently our gate damage bill total thus far is $9,300 and no one from Spring Valley has reported any vandals and we are certain you have seen them. This latest incident will undoubtedly be someone who does not live here-our rear cameras captured good information about this van, however we would like to know which home she was visiting or whether she was tresspassing.
