**IMPORTANT** Keypad Update ... The board completed its meeting on April 4 and discussed the new gate keypad and the gate codes that were originally assigned to residents. The board thought it best to leave the codes as they are as of today. The gate codes have been posted and can be accessed HERE. For a brief explanation of the boards decision, please CLICK HERE.

Good News...The new keypad system allows each home to now have two numbers in the system. You can use the second number for your cell phone allowing you to let someone in from anywhere your cell phone rings! Add a second number...click here

Portable Basketball goals...If you own a portable goal it must be put away when not in use. Currently we have one home with a permanently mounted basketball goal which is not authorized! This issue has been directed to our association attorney for action and curing.

Do you or do you not need an ARC?...homeowners that are not sure whether a ARC is required should error on the side of caution. If you don't find the answer here please contact Joanne our property manager for an answer. Please don't make modifications to your home that you may be later forced to change! If you have made modifications that are within the guidelines you can still submit an ARC to avoid future problems.

Garage doors...homeowners must follow the color coding scheme adopted by the board. For example, we currently have two homeowners that have a brown garage door and an orange garage door and have received final notices. These homes have been sent to the association attorney for action and curing. Please follow the color schemes and avoid extra high costs!
