Spring Valley Estates Board of Directors are now using Twitter to keep residents informed. Tweets sent out by the board will appear on the left side of this page and you can also sign up to receive them on your phone as well. We hope to use this to notify residents of urgent alerts and items that are important to our security as well as Board of Director meetings or items of interest. Gate Cameras are operational; since the gates have been up there have been two incidents of gate busting and were caught on camera. One of the vehicles was a green Ford License plate FL 839YNJ this vehicle has been located and action will be taken. The other incident which occurred on June 29 at 11:55am involved a BMW, License plate FL 747XLM. This vehicle has not been located. Residents can report this anonymously through this website. We will be posting pictures of the vehicles involved within the next few days. If you don't find the answer here please contact Bruce Boro our property manager for an answer. Please don't make modifications to your home that you may be later forced to change! If you have made modifications that are within the guidelines you can still submit an ARC to avoid future problems. Garage doors...homeowners must follow the color coding scheme adopted by the board. For example, we recently had two homeowners that had a brown garage door and an orange garage door. These were corrected after our attorney took action. Please follow the color schemes and avoid extra costs for you and our association!
